The system checks email format and availability. Required consents and cookies must be accepted before submitting the form. After the account is created, you log in with email and password; if the account or trial is inactive, some services may be disabled.

Can I have a trial and switch plans?

New accounts start in trial mode with limits (e.g., no server starts or store purchases). In the Payments module you can move to a paid or Premium plan (bonding, higher limits, support priority). After the trial expires, services are paused until a plan is chosen.

Are promo codes supported?

An active promo code can be entered in the freelancer or broadcaster registration form. It can be typed manually or passed in a registration link as promo_ref; the system records the visit and associates the registration with the promotion. The code is validated. If the link or code has expired, it is removed from the flow and registration can continue without the promotion.

Can I export my data or close my account?

You can download data (CSV/JSON) from modules before closing the account. After termination we keep only data required by law (accounting, security logs) and then remove it.

The organization's public profile is edited in the separate Profile view.

Broadcaster staff is divided into four account types: manager, finance, production, and ops. Production works mainly with assigned productions, tasks, and operational tools; in Task Planner it can change the status of assigned tasks. Ops has a narrower operational scope and uses RoS read-only. The backend enforces these permissions independently of which tabs are visible.

MediaDock can create an SRT setup with a MAIN server, a BACKUP server, and the Bonding/FailOver service. The system monitors the stream and automatically switches traffic to the backup server when it detects a problem, reducing the interruption. MAIN and BACKUP must have valid source and SRT settings; FailOver does not repair the original source, but it lets the workflow move quickly to a prepared backup path.

If the stream will be sent to social media or an RTMP output, use H.264/AVC or enable transcoding to H.264. HEVC/H.265 may work in selected direct players and endpoints, but social platforms and typical RTMP receivers often cannot decode it. An HEVC source without conversion can result in a black picture or a rejected stream.

Restreaming takes a signal from a selected input stream and forwards it to one or more outputs. Give it a name, choose an existing stream as the input or configure a bonding input, then add platform outputs or custom RTMP/RTMPS outputs with the stream URL and key. The configuration, output list, status, and activity are saved in the broadcaster account. When enabled, the system creates or updates the restreaming service; when disabled, it stops it, and deleting it also removes the service configuration.

Switching the source to a regular stream removes the previous bonding configuration, while selecting bonding disconnects the regular input.
